Measurements are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not able to measure your pet's neck for you but can provide you tips how to do this yourself.
I have provided a measurement guide in each product photo for you to reference.
- You can use the current collar your pet wears and use a tape measure. Measure from one buckle end to the other buckle end. This is your pet's neck measurement.
- If you order a collar that doesn't fit you are able to return it (see return policies listed) and I will exchange it for the correct size needed. A price difference may occur and the buyer must pay this before the new collar size is mailed out.
- If you are unsure about your pet's measurements please ask me before placing an order. I am happy to help!

Yes, I do make custom orders. If you need a different size than you see listed or available please let me know. If I have what you're looking for already on hand I'll make it and send you a reserved listing. No extra fees are added if you're ordering something I already have and I already make.
If you're looking for a specific design I'll do my best to find it for you. Custom orders are an additional 20% of the item price as I'll have to purchase the material/products needed to complete your order. If you need to change any details or measurements of your order the 20% fee also applies.

I encourage you to wash your products! As a pet owner myself, this is a must! My recommendations for washing:
- Hand wash with cold water using mild soap. Do not use sponges or brushes to scrub as this will damage the material or design.
- Lay your products flat to dry but not in direct sunlight. Do not place in your dryer as some of the hardware used may become damaged.
- Do not bleach or use hard detergents.
- For bow ties, flower bows and bandanas you may reshape as they dry. Use an iron on low heat setting if needed.

My normal processing time is 3-5 business days. If it's during a holiday season or I need to find specific products/material for your order it may take longer. I will notify you of the delay as soon as I see it may happen.

At this time, I do not make harnesses. While I personally walk my own dogs with harnesses I do understand the need for them.
I have many items in my shop I focus on right now but maybe in the future I'll make harnesses!
